Anti-Inflammation Tea For Diabetes

February 6, 2021 , Tea Products

Recent studies have revealed that the polyphenols present in black and green teas can inhibit the development of lung cancers and possibly help to prevent them. Since the ingredients in these teas are able to change the DNA transcription in a way similar to what an adaptogen does, the cancer protection is similar to what we would expect from an adaptogenic protein. The difference however is that the code in green tea and black tea has a shorter half life than the protein adaptogen.

Since the study was conducted on and tea products, we can assume that there are other ingredients in the mix as well that have the same effect. These other ingredients include quercetin, eriodictyol, caffeine and some sort of anti-oxidant. Based on other studies on mice, the scientists showed that when these four ingredients were combined it produced “gout like” symptoms in mice that were already insulin resistant. The mice were treated with different combinations of the four and when they were fed with high fat diets and regular doses of antibiotics, the scientists noted that the cbd tea protected their bodies against infection and the anti-oxidants helped to eliminate glucose from the bloodstream.

These findings are promising, since diabetes is one of the major risk factors for developing kidney stones and other kidney problems. Scientists are still looking at the exact benefits of cbd teas on patients with diabetes but based on the research so far, it looks very promising. Cbd teas also appear to have a positive effect on heart conditions and gallbladder disease, two of the major risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Green tea is also thought to help prevent cataracts and age-related eye problems such as macular degeneration.

It is difficult to draw a line between the health benefits of the tea and the cbd ingredient alone. Both of these ingredients appear to have some effect on the immune system. Researchers at the University of Glasgow looked at the role of the herb adaptogens in fighting infectious agents such as HIV and SARS. They found that when mice were infected with HIV they produced more cytokines than when they were not infected. However, when they are given a special diet including regular doses of the adaptogens, the mice did not produce any inflammatory immune cells.

One of the most interesting results from this study was that when the researchers added the cbd and green tea to a diabetic diet, the levels of inflammatory immune cells they produced were much lower. This is the first report of a study where an herbal extract acts as an anti-inflammatory and can help prevent certain diseases. The researchers think that the differences in the mice’s response to the two herbs was because of the differences in their dietary sources. Green tea comes from the natural tea leaves while black tea comes from black tea leaves. Based on the results of this study, using these two ingredients alone may not be enough to prevent diabetes.

For those already taking small amounts of these herbal teas for health benefits, there are a number of ways to get the recommended daily dosage. Green tea can be purchased without the added sugar or caffeine. It is also available in capsule form. However, if you want to get the maximum health benefits from this beverage, it is recommended that you drink large amounts of it. Drinking two cups a day is the recommendation of the researchers who conducted the study.
